Single label / page sets each printed page to exactly 4″×1″ — use this for roll/sheet label printers (e.g. Zebra, Brother QL, DYMO) where the printer driver is already configured for 4×1″ stock.
Sheet (multi-up) tiles labels onto standard A4/Letter paper with cut guides — use this if you're printing onto plain paper or pre-cut label sheets on a regular printer, then cutting along the dashed lines.
